We found Ed through a google search and came to him in hopes of identifying a problem involving a Key fob and receiver board we were having manufactured for us at the time. I had spoken to a few different consultants from various companies,but after just a few minutes “interviewing” Ed over the phone, it was quite clear that Ed was very knowledgeable and pragmatic in his approach. I explained to him that our production lines were down until we could isolate the issue, and I needed someone who could help us out immediately.  Within 48 hours Ed had diagnosed our issue provided multiple reports that I could forward to our manufacturer, and overall helped us understand what we could do in the future to avoid reoccurring problems.  When the bill came, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Ed had not taken advantage of our short notice needs, but rather had provided a fair and competitive charge for his services.
